There are also some books that we have not read yet but others recommend. Connecting Sisters was created by three sisters who were born into the same family and then we have the lovely addition of our beautiful sister-in-law! We all share the same goal in life: to help women and empower them! Women need to know that they are great just the way there are, they do not have to become copies of men to be successful. The world needs our female nurturing and loving energy and that is what this sisterhood is all about!

The Connecting Sisters is a Network that I have been thinking about for some time but was not sure exactly what the Network would do.
Now I know!
I feel a need to connect women world-wide and to help them find themselves and their inner power! Together we can do great things, but we have to start with ourselves,
and then we unite!

In this time that we live in now, finding yourself is important because so many out there seems lost. Of they feel something is missing but they don´t know what. I have gone through the journey of finding myself and rebuilding my life! That is an experience that I can share! I feel that there are many women out there who are in need of a sisterhood, and that is what we will create! A community where we can all learn and grow!

I know what it feels like when your body is failing you. And I know what it like to be in so much pain you can almost not get out of bed. That is why Nutrition and exercise is what is closest to my heart and it has helped me to becoming pain free. I love to share my experience and knowledge with others and I especially love to help women and mothers who just like me have a lot on their plate. We need to be in good health we can spend the time we want with our families and friends! Life is not just for surviving but it is for living, and I intent to live my life to the fullest! I can help you too!
